Diarized: a Clockwise alternative
Focus-time and meeting-shuffling for teams. Salesforce acquired it and shut it down on 27 March 2026, giving users roughly a week's notice.
What is different here
Clockwise moved meetings and carved out focus blocks; it was not reading a to-do list, so there is nothing to migrate, and what it leaves behind is a gap you can fill. Diarized fills the part where your actual work gets time on the calendar. It does not move other people's meetings, and it will not: an event with other attendees is somebody else's arrangement, and we treat it as immovable busy time rather than something to negotiate.
The shutdown is also the clearest argument for how this is built. Forty thousand organisations lost a tool in a week. Your tasks never live inside Diarized and the calendar is already yours, so there is nothing here that could be taken away from you.
Moving over
- Connect your task app and your calendar.
- Set your working hours on the settings page. That is the part Clockwise was protecting for you, and it is the one setting worth getting right on day one.
For the meeting-moving half specifically, Diarized is not a replacement.
What you keep
- Your to-do list stays where it is. Diarized reads Asana, Google Tasks, Todoist, Microsoft To Do, Notion, TickTick, Linear, Jira and ClickUp, and writes nothing back except the blocks you asked for.
- Your calendar stays yours. Blocks go into Google or Outlook, so you keep reading your day in whatever you already use.
- Your history stays intact. Nothing is imported, so there is nothing to export if you leave again.
