Switching / Reclaim
Diarized: a Reclaim alternative
An auto-scheduler that reads your existing task app and defends time on your calendar for habits and meetings.
What is different here
Reclaim works the way Diarized does. It connects to Todoist, Asana, Jira, ClickUp, Linear or Google Tasks rather than replacing them. If it is working for you, that is a good reason to stay, and this page is not going to pretend otherwise. Two things set them apart. Its free plan only connects Google Tasks, so reading anything else starts at $10 a seat a month. And Diarized shows you the actual decision behind every block (what it was competing with, what it lost to), because the placement is a deterministic algorithm rather than a model we would have to describe with adjectives.
Moving over
- Connect the same task app to Diarized that Reclaim was reading.
- Let one run finish, then compare the two days side by side before turning anything off.
- Switch off Reclaim's scheduling for that task app so only one tool is writing blocks.
Reclaim's paid tiers start at $10 per seat a month; its free tier is limited to Google Tasks (August 2026). Diarized reads any one of its task apps on the free plan.
What you keep
- Your to-do list stays where it is. Diarized reads Asana, Google Tasks, Todoist, Microsoft To Do, Notion, TickTick, Linear, Jira and ClickUp, and writes nothing back except the blocks you asked for.
- Your calendar stays yours. Blocks go into Google or Outlook, so you keep reading your day in whatever you already use.
- Your history stays intact. Nothing is imported, so there is nothing to export if you leave again.
