Diarized: a FlowSavvy alternative
A calendar app that auto-schedules the tasks you enter into it, around the events already there.
What is different here
FlowSavvy is the closest thing to us on this page, and it got closer in August 2026 when it added two-way Todoist sync, so if Todoist is your task app, it no longer makes you move in either. The remaining difference is the calendar: FlowSavvy is one you adopt, and Diarized has none of its own. Blocks go into Google or Outlook, which means you keep reading your day in whatever you already use: Fantastical, Apple Calendar, the Outlook app, your watch. The other difference is breadth: they read one task app, we read nine.
Moving over
- Move anything that only exists in FlowSavvy (anything you typed into it rather than into Todoist) into your task app.
- Connect that app and your calendar to Diarized.
Corrected August 2026: this entry used to say FlowSavvy's tasks have to live inside it, which stopped being true days before we published it. If you are on Todoist and happy with a new calendar app, they are a fair choice.
What you keep
- Your to-do list stays where it is. Diarized reads Asana, Google Tasks, Todoist, Microsoft To Do, Notion, TickTick, Linear, Jira and ClickUp, and writes nothing back except the blocks you asked for.
- Your calendar stays yours. Blocks go into Google or Outlook, so you keep reading your day in whatever you already use.
- Your history stays intact. Nothing is imported, so there is nothing to export if you leave again.
